Conference 2017 Registration

Registrations for the 2017 Rotary District 9820 Conference 2017 are now CLOSED!

Registering is simple. There are several options:

  1. Register Online using the online form. This is by far the most popular and quickest way to put your name down. 
  2. Download and fill in a paper version of the registration form. CLICK HERE for the PDF registration form. Once filled, it can be posted to the address on the form.
  3. Contact the On to Conference person in your Club. They will guide you through the registration process.
 

What happens once you have registered?

Once your registration has been received by any other the above methods, you will be sent an invoice confirming your registration. If you are happy that all is correct, there are three methods that you can pay by.
  1. Post a cheque or pay through your Club.
  2. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  3. PayPal. If this option is selected on your form, a PayPal payment request will be sent to the email address on your form.

What happens if I need to change my registration?

If you have made a mistake, or need to change your registration in any way don't panic. Email David Button (RC Berwick) at 9820conference@gmail.com and he will sort it out for you.
 

What if I have a problem registering or am unsure of what to do?

Registering is supposed to be easy, but sometimes things don't quite go right and you need some help. No problems!

Please note: Only those that are fully registered will be able to attend General Sessions, Saturday Night Dinner, Transport to and from Salamanca Market and any other catering provided throughout the weekend.
