Welcome to the home page for Rotary membership in Rotary District 9820. This section is about membership matters and membership does matter.

If you are a Rotary club membership chair the links and other information uploaded to this site from time to time should keep you in touch with current thinking. If you are a visitor from outside Rotary this page should still be relevant because it’s about resources to tell people about who we are, what we do and why people want to join us.

Rotary membership is concerned with finding new members and about looking after existing members.  

Membership is vital to the success of Rotary. Without members, Rotary is unable to do the projects it does locally, nationally or internationally. Without members Rotary is not able to fundraise to support other worthy organisations and individuals in our communities or the work of The Rotary Foundation (TRF) www.rotary.org . Without members we miss the opportunity to expand our business and social networks.
