Our heads are buzzing!
Leadership in Action was the theme for our weekend District 9820 conference and the theme delivered!
Leadership inspiration, leadership types, leadership styles, leadership hints and tips, leadership inspiration, demonstration of leadership skills, demonstration of leadership outcomes.
In the mix, a fantastic face to face event filled with fun, friendship and much light hearted frivolity (we were lead astray!) whilst celebrating our International, Zone 8, District and Club leadership, our members, our youth and the wonderful achievements of our programs, all making such a difference to the lives of others, happening in sensational RACV Cape Schank resort conference space.
An encapsulating quote: Leadership is a mindset, not a job or a title. Leadership characterizes all of us but it is not about us. No matter how we know ourselves, to the world we will be known by the results we deliver!
