District Assembly 2020

Format for District Assembly - Sunday 21st June 2020 and Beyond
In past years we would have had a one day session where the first component would have all participants together in the one room for a few speakers and then we would have breakout sessions based on your roles for next year. 
This year we are moving District Assembly ONLINE.
Part 1  Rotary Learning Centre modules for key club roles – this is to be done preferably before Part 2 & 3 online topics are scheduled.  Topics will be listed +Add link to help
Part 2  Sunday 21st June - Main Plenary 2 hours ONLINE VIA ZOOM and then President-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer Breakouts
Part 3 Rotary Role and Topic Online Breakouts - Various dates through July 2020

All sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the District Website with all the slides and resources applicable.  Each session will have an opportunity for questions.
With the main session on Sunday 21st June, this will go from 10.00am -12.00pm.   There will be a short break after an hour.   At 12.00pm there will be a Club President, Secretary and Club Treasurer Breakout (in Zoom) for 1 hour.
