First time users of the Clubrunner booking system can get confused when booking into an event. Don't panic, it is simpler than you think!

You have probably landed on this page because you are having trouble registering for the District Change Over. Once you have finished reading this, you can flip back to the District Change Over registration page by clicking HERE
The reason for the confusion is that you must log into Clubrunner to register as a Member. If you have been sent a personalised invitation email for the event, it will contain a link to automatically logging you in. Using this personal link is by far the most simple method of registering.
The advantage of logging in to register is the event is added to your list of commitments and the Event administrators can see you have registered and can include or exclude you in follow up emails such as reminders. 
I know most people have no idea what their user names or passwords are for Clubrunner. What is the simple way of registering if I don't know my username or password? Easy, just use the GUEST button to register. If you want to cut straight to the Guest registration area for the District Change Over, Click HERE
Go to the Event's Page
The most common way how to register for an event is by clicking on the event from the home page or calendar. Please follow the steps below to learn how to do register for an event this way:
1. Please go to the Club's home page or calendar, and then click on the event you would like to attend.
2. This page displays information about the event. If you would like to register or attend this event, and you are a member, click the Member button on the left. If you are not a member click Guest.

3. If you clicked Member and you are not logged in, it will ask you to login, please login. If you cannot login please read the article called I Cannot Login to ClubRunner. After you are logged in you will see the below page. Click REGISTER ME to register for the event.

4. If you would like to bring a guest, click REGISTER ADDITIONAL GUEST. If you would like to bring more then one guest, after saving your first guest's information click REGISTER ADDITIONAL GUEST again.

5. If there is a cost for the event, you will see the payment fields below the registration area. Please enter in all of the required information, then click SUBMIT REGISTRATION. To save your registration.
